בתכנון חכם של האדריכלית תמר סיגליס בוצעו עבוודת שיפוץ והנגשה למבנה, הרחבה של כ-70 מ"ר, ופיתוח החצרות סביב. כל זאת על מנת ליצור לאזרחים הוותיקים בראש העין את תחושת הנעימות, באיכות הגבוהה ביותר.
Makom Ba’Lev, a senior citizen’s center
Working together with the architect, Tamar Sigalis, this project was mainly for renovations and accessibility adjustment purposes to the existing structure. In addition, a new construction of a 70 square meters extension and additional expansion of outside sitting / lounging areas. The purpose of this project was to provide a place of comfort and relaxation at the highest standards for its local senior citizens population.
שיקום נזקים במגדלי ב.ס.ר
במגדל ב.ס.ר 3 עקב שריפה ביצענו עבודות שיקום וחידוש החללים הציבוריים במעל ל-14 קומות.
במגדל ב.ס.ר 4 לאחר פיצוץ בצינור מים בקומה גבוהה, ביצענו שיקום במעל ל-10 קומות וחידוש כל החללים והמשרדים.
כל העבודות בוצעו תוך שמירה על שגרת הפעילויות במגדלים וללא מפגעי סביבה ורעש.
B.S.R. Towers, post damage restorations
Post fire damage restorations & remodeling of over 14 floors at B.S.R. tower # 3.
Post water damage restorations & remodeling of 10 floors at B.S.R. tower # 4.
These challenging projects were done with minimal noise and other disturbances to the day-to-day work schedule of the building inhabitants.
חנות "אלמביקה"
חנות הדגל של הרשת, הממוקמת ב-TLV קניון האופנה של ישראל בתל אביב-יפו. הפרויקט בוצע בטכניקת בניה מודרניות הכוללות ריצוף באריחי ענק בגודל 240/120 הממשיך בקווים ישרים לקירות. שימוש בפרטים מיוחדים בגבס עם תאורה נסתרת. התוצאה המרשימה לפניכם.
Alembika flagship store
Located at the prestigious TLV shopping mall, Alembika retail flagship store was a unique project that incorporated a hi-end modern construction techniques which included floor-to-ceiling giant tiles sized at 240/120, the use of specialty lighting technologies and the use of sheetrock design in order to show-case a fashionable modern look that is suitable for well-known international brand.
